【新唐人2011年2月23日訊】中共即將召開“兩會”，又適逢中東地區的民主運動浪潮席捲而來，中共當局除抓捕了眾多敏感人士外，對互聯網的封鎖也異常嚴厲，導致中國國內的一些普通網站無法登錄，引起混亂，招來眾多網友的痛罵。
最近兩天，中國大陸的很多網友在推特上議論中共新一輪的網絡封鎖，和這次封鎖對中國國內普通的網絡服務造成的影響，並大罵網絡封鎖和幫助中共設計“長城網絡防火牆”（GFW）的方濱興。
一名網友在推特上說：原來不是我的問題，是全國各大網站的DNS（功能變數名稱）遭GFW（防火長城）清洗，還讓不讓人活了？
這一輪的封鎖從北京時間週日開始，很多網友使用的一些軟件都受到影響，到週一傍晚時封鎖開始鬆動。
《動態網》總裁比爾夏：“這次封鎖有一個特別的地方，就是比較極端，把許多在中國國內原本是一些普通的服務也封的出了問題，到禮拜一上班的時候，很多人就感受到了。”
網友thruwall sand在推特說：這兩天感覺GFW很抽風，不是顯示不出來，不然就是只有上面一個條子，不然就是混亂的格局。不知道怎麼解決。
黑龍江網友趙先生：“我們這兒封鎖得很厲害。”
而網友（@gzdavidwong）在推特上報導說：今天中國互聯網：多個Google ip（電腦位址）被封；多個免費主機被封；多個twitter牆內協力廠商網站被封，ip及dns功能變數名稱污染；多個個人網站被封，ip和功能變數名稱污染；再有報章網站被封；上海電信無法正常訪問海外網站；部分vpn（虛擬私人網路）服務被封，部分主機ssh（安全遠端連線程式）經常斷線，部分網站https（加密的傳輸協議）被干擾。
比爾夏：“這一次封鎖對中國的網絡本身造成了負面的影響，很多人他沒有用翻牆軟件，原來可以上的很多網站他上不了了。一些中國的網站，原來可以上現在都上不了了。很多國內的網站都上不去，上海外的網站困難就更多。”
比爾夏是突破網絡封鎖的專家，他建議網友，平時經常更新翻牆軟件，多和經常翻牆的朋友聯繫，以便封鎖嚴厲時，得到軟件的最新版本，保證網絡的暢通。
比爾夏：“我們的軟件都是有很好的安全性的。”
對於這次的網絡混亂，很多網友都大罵中共的「網路防火長城」（GFW）和設計者方濱興，一條所謂「定時罵」方濱興的推文----，被大量「轉推」。

Internet Blockage in China Causes Online Turmoil, Netizens Slam
With the two congressional meetings approaching
and middle Eastern democratic movements spreading,
the CCP authorities arrested many people in China
and intensified its Internet blockage. As a result,
some ordinary websites in China were inaccessible.
The incident is slammed by many netizens.
In last 2 days, many netizens on Twitter talked about
the new round of internet blockage by the regime
and its impact on the ordinary internet services.
They slammed on the designer of GFW, Fang Binxing.
A netizen said on Twitter: It was not my problem,
but the problem with the DNS of major
Chinese websites that was purged by GFW.
Are they killing us?
This new round of internet blockage began on Sunday,
affecting many netizens』 software.
It seemed to have weakened on Monday evening.
Bill Xia, President of DynaWeb: “What is special of
this round of internet blockage is its extremity. It has
affected many ordinary internet services in China,
as noticed by many people at work on Monday.
Netizen “Throwall sand” said on Twitter:
GFW was mad last 2 days.
My website either failed to display
or only partially displayed.
It is in turmoil and I do not know what to do.
Mr. Zhao in Heilongjiang: We are severely blocked here.
Netizen “@gzdavidwong” reported on Twitter:
The blocked services include many Google IPs,
free hosting computers, Twitter』s sponsoring websites,
personal websites, newspapers, and VPNs.
Many IP and DNS are polluted.
It is difficult to visit overseas websites
from the network provide by Shanghai Telecom.
Some hosting computers』 SSH was on and off.
Some https websites are interfered with.
Bill Xia: “The blockage has caused a negative impact
on China』s own network. Many websites that
used to be accessible without a VPN
became inaccessible now.
Many ordinary websites in China, which were freely
accessible before, are blocked now.
It is more difficult with overseas websites.”
As an expert on circumventing internet blockage,
Bill Xia urged netizens to update their VPN software
and talk to experienced VPN users more frequently,
so as to more quickly obtain updated VPN software
and keep the internet unblocked.

For the online turmoil, many netizens slammed on
the GFW』s chief designer Fang Binxing.
