【禁聞】中共防控「街頭政治」敏感過火

【新唐人2011年3月10日訊】最近，中共對外強調防控「街頭政治」；對內敏感到促使官方《新華社》開始監控自己的記者，就連記者的博客也要報告備案。請看報導。

2月20號北京王府井第一次發生民眾抗議時，中共通過網絡“防火牆”阻擋從牆外飄來“茉莉花香”氣息，對內則草木皆兵。海外中文網站一條消息顯示，中共官方《新華社》開始監控自己記者網上搜索“茉莉花”等敏感詞，要求記者博客一一報告備案。

周曙光中國公民記者：“我覺得他這樣做，連他們自己體制內的員工都要被監控的話，我覺得就達到了狗咬尾巴的那種效應了。它最終會傷害到自己。現在連對體制內的員工都要實施這種監控的話，這證明他們這個審查成本太高了。”

曾在《中新社》工作、原《經濟學週刊》副總、北京資深媒體人高瑜女士表示，《新華社》開始監控自己的記者網上搜索“茉莉花”等敏感詞，這說明中共非常害怕“茉莉花革命”。

高瑜女士：“『茉莉花革命』出乎他們的意料。你想想都是他們那麼好的朋友，像穆巴拉克已經是統治了30年了，說倒就倒。這對他們哪，我總覺得他們非常，這北京話叫肝兒顫，非常害怕。怕這種革命清算到他們的頭上。”

中共人大開幕同一天，北京市委機關報《北京日報》頭版評論文章，要求民眾警惕中東、北非的所謂「動盪」，文章諷刺網上號召的中國「茉莉花革命」行動為「街頭政治」。《路透社》發自北京的報導說，這是自神祕網民號召大陸網民，每週日到各省市集合點進行「茉莉花革命」示威以來，中共政府最正式的公開回應及警告。報導說，兩會前，北京當局在加強維安的同時，也加對外國媒體駐京記者的管制。

中共官方的《環球時報》也連續發表社評，8號的文章說，中共經受不起開放「街頭政治」，因此從一開始就要制止，不讓它擴大。文章強調「維穩」的重要，卻又表示民眾聚會抗議「不值得大驚小怪」。

BBC跟進這則報導表示，觀察家指出，從過去幾個星期，中共動用大批警力嚴防民眾聚會的情況來看，中共政府對任何可能出現的動盪都極為敏感。

《自由亞洲電臺》的報導說，中國網民網上透露，當他在浙江紹興網論壇上註冊時， 連他的網名“飛越平衡” 也被列為「敏感詞」。而周曙光表示，每每中國社會中發生敏感事件，表述事件的關鍵詞都會成為所謂的“敏感詞”，如今天“茉莉花”一詞遇到的待遇。

CCP』s Prevention of “Street Politics”

Recently, CCP authorities have been emphasizing

on the prevention and control of "street politics".

Its sensitivity towards the society has prompted

official Xinhua News Agency to monitor its reporters.

Even the journalists』 blogs must be reported and filed.

Let』s take a look.

On Feb. 20, when 1st protests took place in Beijing,

CCP used Great Firewall to block

the “scent of jasmine".

The authorities are in a state of extreme nervousness.

According to an overseas Chinese website,

Xinhua News Agency has been monitoring

its reporters』 online search of "Jasmine".

Their blogs are demanded to be reported and filed.

Chinese citizen journalist Zhou Shuguang:

Their monitoring of their own employees in the system

would create the same effects of a dog biting its tail.

it will eventually hurt itself.

Implementing such monitoring on its own staff

proves that the cost of their monitoring is too large.

Ex-Chinese News Agency journalist and

ex-deputy chief editor of Economic Week, Gao Yu,

said the fact that Xinhua started monitoring

its reporters』 online search of "Jasmine" and

other sensitive words shows that CCP is very fearful

of “Jasmine Revolution".

Gao: “Jasmine Revolution” was

out of their expectations.

Many of CCP』s “good friends”, such as Mubarak,

who ruled Egypt for 30 years, fell instantly.

It has made the CCP shivering and extremely fearful.

They fear that such revolution will crush them.

On the day when National People's Congress started,

Official newspaper Beijing Daily』s asked the public to

be wary of the "turmoil" in Middle East and North Africa.

It mocked the Chinese jasmine revolution as

“street politics". Reuters reported from Beijing that

after calls made by mysterious netizens

for Sunday "Jasmine gatherings", it』s the regime』s

most formal public response and warning.

It also reported that prior to the “two meetings”,

besides strengthening “security maintenance”,

Beijing also enhanced its control of foreign journalists.

CCP』s official newspaper Global Times』 editorial

on March 8 said, CCP cannot afford "street politics",

so it will smother it in the crib. The editorial stressed

the importance of “stability”, but at the same time

said public protests “shouldn』t be taken seriously".

BBC reported, observers said in the past few weeks,

a large police force was mobilized

to prevent gatherings. It proves that the government

is extremely sensitive to any potential turmoil.

According to Radio Free Asia,

a netizen』s online name "Flying over the Balance"

was also listed as a "sensitive word".

Zhou Shuguang said, when sensitive events occur

in China, the key words used to describe the events

would become "sensitive words", such as "Jasmine".
