【禁聞】劉翔“裸會”引風波

【新唐人2011年3月10日訊】第三次參加兩會的明星代表劉翔今年玩起了“裸會”，雖然官方要求對此事報導要低調，但是老百姓仍然給予了極大的關注。有90多位中國公民3月5號聯合發表建議書，呼籲撤銷像劉翔這樣的政協委員，不過也有網友呼籲向他學習。到底怎麼回事呢？請看報導。

甚麼是“裸會”？這個新名詞指的是：參加中共兩會的代表和委員「不提交提案」的行為。作為全國政協委員， 體育明星劉翔去年兩會期間曾準備過兩個提案。但今年，他“裸會”了。

今年中共官方對兩會報導的限制多多，“政治改革”不能提，“雷人提案”不能提，“明星代表”不能追，當然，劉翔的“裸會”也被要求“限制報導”。

儘管如此，劉翔的 “裸會” 還是引起了眾怒。3月5號，原湖北潛江市人大代表姚立法與各地90多位公民，聯名在海外中文《博訊》網上發表「致全國政協十一屆四次會議建議書」，呼籲撤銷劉翔等人的政協委員資格。

《騰迅》博客上有人發文「“裸會”行為讓劉翔不配當政協委員」，引用了《南國都市報》諷刺“裸會”的漫畫。

微博上很多人將劉翔封為 “打醬油委員”，一名網友（“本是那散淡的仙”）寫道：「說起兩會代表呢，他們真能代表人民嗎？鄙人認為有些代表是奔著為老百姓解決事實去的，而有的是搗亂去了，還有的就是去打醬油，並令我厭惡而去的，例如劉翔。」

姚立法等人的建議書還列舉了歷年兩會期間，類似劉翔這樣“混飯吃”的一些政協委員的雷人提案和發言。比如，地產500強的百步亭集團董事局主席茅永紅說：“老百姓沒有買房能力，就不要來埋怨政府、社會和開發商。房價不能打壓，而且也打不下去”。

不過，劉翔的“裸會”，倒也並非一面倒的只捱了拳頭。有網友（“梔子花開的夏日”）說：“聽到那麼多的委員、代表的妖言，突然想起劉翔委員的無提案，很感動。如果他也整些妖言出來，叫萬千粉絲情何以堪。”

網友“肖鋒”在劉翔的照片上方寫“他們假裝開會，我們假裝關心。到目前為止，本屆兩會出現過響噹噹的提案嗎？”

姚立法等在建議書中提出，徐友漁、秦永敏、艾未未、胡星斗等人能更好的履行政協委員的職能，因此推薦他們參加全國政協會議。不過姚立法表示，他因為發表這封建議書，以及「茉莉花集會」兩方面的原因，他的人身自由遭到了限制。

Authorities want media to keep a low key on it.

Still, it caught people』s attention. On March 5,

90 Chinese citizens jointly filed a statement,

calling to disqualify Liu as a CPPCC member.

But some netizens suggest following his example.

Let』s take a look at the story.

As CPPCC member, Liu Xiang had prepared

two proposals in last year』s “two meetings.”

But this year, he had none.

He was blamed for coming to the meeting “naked.”

The Communist Party set many restrictions to

the media coverage of the two meetings.

Media are not supposed to mention “political reform”,

“the Lei (shocking) proposals,” or to follow around

the celebrity representatives.

Liu Xiang』s “naked attendance” is also a taboo.

People were irritated by his shirking responsibilities.

On March 5, former representative of Hubei Province,

Yao Lifa, along with 90 local residents, sent a statement

to overseas』 boxun.com, calling the CPPCC to revoke

Liu Xiang』s membership.

Some blogs said, Liu Xiang came to the meetings

without any proposal.

This disqualifies him from being a member of CPPCC.

The blog used a cartoon to illustrate the point.

Many called Liu Xiang a rep “to purchase soy sauce,”

meaning someone who only minds his own business.

Netizens said, “Can the reps really represent people?

Some went there to help people solving problems.

Some are there just to make trouble.

And others are there 『to purchase soy sauce,』

which drives me away in disgust, like Liu Xiang. ”

Yao Lifa gave examples of CPPCC members who

gave shockingly ridiculous proposals and remarks

during the previous “two meetings”. For example,

Chairman of the real estate 500 Mao Yonghong said,

“If people don』t have the purchase power for houses,

Don』t blame the government or developers.

The housing price cannot be suppressed.”

Not all criticized Liu Xiang for his “vase” role.

A netizen said, “Having heard enough of

the wicked remarks from the representatives,

I am so moved by Liu Xiang』s 『zero proposal.』

If he produced similar wicked remarks, how could

tens of thousands of fans like us bear it? ”

Another netizen wrote on Liu』s photo,

“They pretend to have meeting.

And we pretend to care.

But so far, are there any meaningful proposals?”

Yao Lifa suggested in his statement, people like

Xu Youyu, Qin Yongmin, Ai Weiwei, and Hu Xingdou

could do a better job as CPPCC members.

He recommended having them in the meetings.

Yao also said, due to the Jasmine gatherings and his

publishing the statement, his freedom was restricted.
