【新唐人2011年3月22日訊】中國體操界日前又爆特大醜聞。在去年（2010年）廣州亞運自由體操決賽上，中國籍裁判員邵斌涉嫌違規執法，私自修改中國選手張成龍的完成分，使得張成龍從第二名變成並列第一名。邵斌對此供認不諱，國際體聯將對他提起訴訟。
國際體操聯合會（FIG）最近在官網上發佈聲明，認為邵斌的這種行為「完全無法接受」，決定將他移交紀律委員會，並將提出「違反體育道德準則和裁判規程」的相關訴訟。
「改分門」醜聞被曝光後，引起各界人士的廣泛關注，令中國體操界始料不及。幾天後，身為上海大學體育學院院長的邵斌終於露面接受媒體採訪，但宣稱對自己「改分」的行為不後悔，他辯解說，他這麼做是為了「保護中國隊員的利益」。
對此，網友指出，關鍵是：不能因為你覺得不正常，想改就改，一切都應按規則執行。這種現象不只是中國體育界的問題，而是整個中國社會的問題，從中央到地方，都將法律視為兒戲。
也有網友直指：違法就是違法，還找那麼多理由！
國際體操聯合會新聞官員菲利普•斯拉奇對《自由亞洲電臺》表示，國際體操聯合會以前沒有碰到過這類擅自修改比分的事件。
菲利普：「沒有。你可以在我們會長的報告中看到，他說：這是他漫長職業生涯中第一次碰到這種事情。」 大陸官方媒體報導，中國體操協會聲明：「改分門」是邵斌個人行為，與中國體操協會、中國體操隊和選手無關。
去年，中國體操隊曾深陷「年齡門」醜聞，體操隊員董芳霄因為年齡造假，被國際體操聯合會取消悉尼奧運會比賽成績，中國體操協會就曾聲明，這是董芳霄的個人行為。
《青島晚報》評論指出，這背後，是一條人們看不到的利益鏈條，當「年齡門」、「改分門」之類的危機爆發時，這個利益鏈條就會「丟卒保車」。董芳霄區區一個小女子，居然能突破中國戶籍制度的多重封鎖線？怎麼可能是個人行為呢？
《經濟觀察網》評論員朱衝也發表文章「金牌夢之隊變成了醜聞夢之隊」，文章指出，中國體育常常被上升到「愛國」的「政治高度」。可如此多的醜聞，才是真正損害了中國形象，才是「不愛國」。
美國新澤西長城足球學校教練韓武：「美國好像沒有把它看成這麼重，跟國家的榮譽掛鉤。這種急功近利把金牌看得太重，它就影響到很多做假，也和發展體育的初衷就有矛盾的地方。」
此前，香港《開放》雜誌執行編輯蔡詠梅，也曾剖析了這種舉國體制的深層因素，認為中共熱衷辦體育活動，是用體育進行「黨文化」的輸出。
蔡詠梅：「（中共用）文宣系統進行宣傳，體育也是另外 一種形式的宣傳，所有的共產國家體育都是非常好的。他們用這個凸顯制度的優越性，實際上是一種意識形態的表現。」
國際體操聯合會新聞官員菲利普表示，邵斌需要親自到洛桑的國際體操聯合會參加聽證會。

Another scandal in Chinese gymnastics has surfaced.

unauthorized changes to Chinese player

Shao Bin acknowledged what he did.
The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG)
will sue him.
FIG recently issued a statement on its official site
that Shao Bin』s action is “wholly unacceptable.”
FIG will refer Shao Bin to its disciplinary committee.
The Chinese gymnastics circles was not prepared
for the exposure of this scandal,
which has caused widespread public concern.
A few days later, the Dean of College of Sports
at Shanghai University,
Shao Bin finally accepted media interviews.
He said he does not regret "changing the score.”
He argued that he did it in order
to "protect Chinese team members』 interest."
Netizens pointed out that one cannot change scores
at will. He needs to follow the rules.
This is not just a problem in the community of sports,
but an issue of the entire Chinese society.
From the central government to local authorities,
law is not taken seriously.

FIG spokesperson Philippe Filacci told RFA,
FIG has never encountered an incident
such as score modification before.
Philippe:

According to mainland China』s official media,
Chinese Gymnastics Association announced that
Shao Bin did it on his own. It has nothing to do
with the Chinese Gymnastics Association,
Chinese Gymnastics team, and its members.
Last year, the Chinese gymnastics team
was bogged down in a scandal of age forging.
This caused the cancellation of gymnast
Dong Fangxiao』s result during the Sydney Olympics,
Chinese Gymnastics Association stated that it was
Dong Fangxiao's personal behavior.
Qingdao Evening News indicated that there is
an invisible chain of benefits behind the scenes.
When the scandals of "age forging" and
“score changing " were exposed,
it would rather sacrifice part of itself
in order to save the whole chain.
How can a powerless girl like Dong Fangxiao
have access to the Chinese household registration
system? How could it be an individual act?
Economic Observer Online commentator Zhu Chong
also published an article titled: “Gold Medal
Dream Team Turned into a Scandal Team.”
The article points out that sport in China is often
presented to be a patriotic and political issue.
The many scandals indeed damage
the image of China. It is in fact unpatriotic.

Han Wu: "U.S. does not treat it as something
so important, linking sport with the national honor.
The short-term pursuit on gold medals
leads to lots of fraud. It also contradicts
with the original purpose of sports."
Earlier, Hong Kong』s Open magazine
executive editor, Cai Yongmei, also analyzes
the underlying factors of nationwide sport system.
She thinks that the communist regime is keen
to hold sports events to export its "party culture."
Cai Yongmei: "The communist party uses propaganda
to influence people. Sport is another form
of propaganda for them. All communist countries
are very good at sporting events. They use sport
to highlight the superiority of their system.
In fact, it is an expression of ideology."

needs to attend the hearing at FIG in Lausanne.
