【新唐人2011年3月30日訊】中國自出現茉莉花革命以來，據不完全統計，在全國就有近百人失蹤或被拘禁。2月份被四川成都市公安局刑事拘留的冉雲飛，近日，他的妻子接獲了正式逮捕通知書。評論指出，中共不惜一切代價，花血本去維穩，最終會導致連現在所謂的穩定也丟掉。
冉雲飛的妻子王偉28號收到成都市公安局的正式逮捕通知，罪名是涉嫌煽動顛覆國家政權罪。
被捕前，冉雲飛在2月16號發表的文章《我們飯醉，我們鮮花》中寫道：“中國統治者軟硬兼施防堵埃及革命影響，但內地還是有不少地方傳播消息，歡呼勝利。獨裁者把人民弄成半殘廢，結果也自廢武功，自掘墳墓。”
2月20號，中國茉莉花集會的當天下午，成都警方以組織及散佈“茉莉花革命”新信息為由，將冉雲飛以“顛覆國家政權罪”刑拘。
湖北荊州維權人士：“發現了有對茉莉花革命進行宣傳和參與的，他們都進行了打壓迫害，包括那些還沒有公開參與的，他們認為有潛在威脅的，他們都進行了一定的控制。為了防止它政權的崩潰，對國內的任何民運人士包括其他人士，（保持）一種高壓的一個姿態，它是絕對要維護它的統治的。”
現年46歲的冉雲飛畢業於四川大學中文系，是《四川文學》雜誌的編輯，2008年曾當選“百位華人公共知識份子”。冉雲飛一直積極參與公益活動，併發錶針砭時弊的文章。
同時，冉雲飛也是一位活躍的博主。上週，《德國之聲》博客大賽公布的候選名單中，冉雲飛的博客獲提名最佳跨語言博客和最佳中文博客獎。
截止3月29號，入選這次中文博客大賽的候選人，就有冉雲飛、維權律師滕彪、澳籍華人作家、知名博客主楊恆均等人或失蹤、或被逮捕及入獄。
中國自冒出零星的茉莉花革命之後，在境內就頻頻有人失蹤，據不完全統計將近有一百人。
香港支聯會副主席蔡耀昌向《德國之聲》表示，中共違反了聯合國的人權原則、宣言和它自己簽署的公約等，它應該為在國境內失蹤的所有人負責。
蔡耀昌：“有一些人在中國的土地上失去聯繫、失蹤的情況，中國政府肯定是有責任去調查，而且要向包括家屬，和有關的屬於其他國家的政府要公開，中國政府還是做的很不好，聯合國的專門的一些調查的小組應該做出一個跟進的工作。”
中共為了維穩不惜一切代價，維穩費年年上升，花納稅人的錢去僱傭便衣、打手。今年的維穩預算更是高達6240億，超過了軍費。如此花血本去維穩，是否真的能使中共的政權穩定呢？
《美國之音》引述中國學者的文章指出，中共當局在維穩中奉行的暴力壓制或者“花錢買太平”的維穩邏輯，可能會換來一時的表面穩定。但是從長期看，不僅會犧牲法治，甚至連所謂的“穩定”也將最終失去。

Jasmine Rallyies Arrests Continue
Nearly 100 people disappeared or were detained
since the Jasmine Rallies occurred in China.
In February 2011 Chengdu Public Security Bureau
detained Ran Yunfei, a well-known rights activist.
Recently his wife received an official warrant.
Analysts commented that although now the CCP
(Chinese Communist Party) is trying to maintain
its power at all costs, it will soon lose it all.
Ran Yunfei』s wife Wang Wei received an official
Warrant on February 28 from Chengdu Public
Security Bureau for the so-called crime
of “inciting subversion of state power.”
Before his arrest Ran wrote in an article:
“The communist dictatorship tried used every means
to prevent a revolution like Egypt』s from happening
in China, but people in many places circulated
the news and applauded the victory. The tyrant has
crippled the people itself, digging its own grave.”
After the Jasmine Rally in China on February 20,,
Chengdu』s police arrested Ran for
“inciting subversion of state power” because
He spread information on the Jasmine Revolution.
Rights activist in Jing Zhou, Hubei:
“They suppressed everyone suspected of participating
now or in the future in the Jasmine Revolution,
in order to prevent it』s collapse. They maintain
pressure on democracy activists and other such
people, wanting to absolutely hold on to their rule.”
Ran Yunfei, 46, graduated from the Dept. of Chinese
Literature at Sichuan University. He is Editor of
“Sichuan Literature” magazine. He was elected
as one of the “Top 100 Chinese Public Intellectuals”
in 2008. Ran actively participated in the public
service sector and published many articles
criticizing social problems.
Ran is also an active blogger. Last week, his blog
was nominated to receive the Best Multilanguage
Blog and the Best Chinese Blog award
in the Deutsche Welle blog competition.
As of March 29, Ran Yunfei, rights lawyer Teng Biao,
and Chinese-Australian writer and well-known blogger
Yang Hengjun, who are all participants in the blog
competition, have also disappeared.
Since the sporadic Jasmine Rallies took place
in China, there have been nearly 100 people missing.
Vice President Richard Tsoi of Hong Kong Alliance
said to Deutsche Welle that the CCP has violated
the UN Human Rights Declaration as its signatory
and is responsible for all missing people in China.
Richard Tsoi: “For those people missing in China,
the Chinese government has the responsibility to
investigate the cases and provide information
to their family members and relatives. However,
the CCP regime went against its promises.
UN special rapporteurs should investigate this.”
The CCP is desperate to maintain stability.
Expenses for hiring plain-clothed police and thugs
escalate, reaching RMB624 billion this year.
This exceeds its military expenditure. Can these
huge stability-related expenses really help CCP?
VOA said that the CCP regime maintains its stability
by violent suppression and “buying the way to peace.”
This may reach superficial and temporary peace
but in the long run, rule of law will suffer and
so-called 『stability』 will be eventually lost too.
