【禁聞】江系力挺唱紅打黑 薄熙來肆無忌憚

【新唐人2011年4月19日訊】中共重慶市委書記薄熙來高調「唱紅打黑」，在得到中央政治局常委中的多名江澤民親信讚賞之後，越發肆無忌憚。最近，薄熙來在重慶大搞上萬人重溫入黨誓言活動，並再次上演司法鬧劇，企圖將北京律師李莊二度定罪。外界譴責薄熙來重演文革時代的瘋狂，以謀取十八大權位。

自重慶市「唱紅打黑」運動以來，全市開展上規模的紅歌傳唱活動已纍計15萬多場，參與市民超過9千萬人次。與此同時，重慶市公安局抓捕近5千「涉黑」人員，並成立了270個專案組。

近來，重慶市內越發充滿紅色恐怖，到處都在播放「紅歌」，警察、便衣、城管、「紅袖標」隨處可見，並耗資170億安裝50萬個監控攝像頭、建設世界上最大的監控系統。

在3月的北京「兩會」上，薄熙來再次高調向海內外媒體大談「唱紅打黑」。隨後，據《亞洲週刊》的報導說，中宣部向中央主流媒體下髮指令，要求不要再炒作重慶的「唱紅打黑」。

不過，中宣部的這一指令並沒有被執行。3月28號，新華社高調報導了重慶市一萬多人重溫入黨誓言、高唱紅歌的場景。國內網民指出，圖片上的一片紅，讓人想起文革的血腥暴力場景，令人反感。

李大勇（全球退黨服務中心執行主任）：「目前在重慶做的這個事情，可以說是一種迴光返照。它搞的目地是給自己壯膽，同時，它想把更多的民眾拉下水。而我們做退黨，是讓更多的民眾從內心上認識到中共的邪惡，退黨保平安。」

去年引起轟動的北京律師李莊案，近來風波再起。重慶檢方對6月份即將出獄的李莊，又提出漏罪指控，試圖追加刑期，4月19號再次開庭審理。律師界譴責重慶法治已經淪喪。

原香港《文匯報》東北辦事處主任姜維平指出，薄熙來最擔心重慶多如牛毛的冤假錯案為世人所知。李莊所在的北京康達律師事務所主任傅洋，是原人大委員長彭真的兒子，傅洋等律師的京城背景，令薄熙來寢食不安。

2009年10月，中央巡視組組長劉峰巖到重慶調查表示，打黑不能搞運動，不能搞紅色恐怖，更不能砸爛公檢法。之後，薄熙來突然改變口風說是「被迫打黑」。

但是自去年下半年以來，中央政治局常委周永康、李長春、習近平、賀國強先後到重慶視察，高調讚賞薄熙來的「唱紅打黑」。今年4月8號，人大委員長吳邦國也到重慶，稱讚薄熙來推行的是「德政」，令薄熙來有恃無恐。

姜維平：「那麼在這種情況下，薄熙來上升的勢頭急劇的體現出來。另外從他本人來講，十八大近在眼前，時間已經不多，他已經60歲了，也就是他最後的猖狂一跳。如果上去，那麼他將給國家帶來巨大災難﹔如果他下去，他將在黨內的政治鬥爭當中成犧牲品。因為以前他貪腐的問題、枉法的問題，都記錄在案了。」

4月11號，《人民日報》、新華網高調刊登江澤民紀念他的繼父江上青百年誕辰的新作。外界分析指出，江此舉意圖影響十八大的權力佈局，而薄熙來的「唱紅打黑」則是江系衝擊十八大的一張重要王牌。

外界評論指出，勢不可擋的退黨大潮預示：不久的將來中共必將垮臺。而薄熙來只能囂張一時，開歷史的倒車，倒退到毛澤東的專制時代，也只是他一廂情願的妄想。薄熙來等江澤民一夥作惡多端、血債纍纍，必將受到歷史的審判。

『Singing Red Chasing the Black』 for Power

Bo Xilai, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) secretary

of Chongqing, supported by the Jiang Zemin clique,

is promoting a large-scale activity of reviewing

the party-joining oath. He also schemed to reconvict

Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang. The public regarded Bo』s

frenzied act of mimicking the Cultural Revolution

as his tactics of entering the next Politburo.

Chongqing city has so far had over 150,000 activities

of “singing red songs” and “crackdowns on mafias,”

an accumulated participation of 90 million people.

Chongqing Public Security Bureau also arrested

5000 “criminals” and set up 270 working groups.

Recently, more and more 『red terrors』 are seen in

Chongqing ubiquitous, with red songs, police,

plainclothes, city inspectors and volunteer securities.

RMB17 billion was spent on installing

500,000 surveillance cameras,

the largest monitoring system in the world.

During the 『two meetings』 in March 2011, Bo talked

to high profile domestic and foreign media about his

『red-song campaign,』 but according to Asia Weekly,

CCP』s Central Propaganda Department ordered

the media not to promote his campaign.

However, the order did not get implemented.

On March 28, Xinhua reported 10,000 people singing

red songs and reviewing the Party-joining oath

in Chongqing. The massive red color on the scene

reminded people of the bloody Cultural Revolution.

Li Dayong, Director of Global CCP-Quitting Center:

“What is seen in Chongqing is the dying flash prior

to CCP』s demise, aiming at emboldening itself

and also degenerating more unaware people.

What we are doing is letting more people know

consciously the evilness of the CCP,

and quit the party to gain a peaceful future.”

The well-known case of Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang

has run into turmoil again recently.

Chongqing prosecutors planned to re-convict Li

for additional crimes in an April 19 court hearing.

Chongqing prosecutors have been accused of

tramping on the rule of law.

Jiang Weiping, ex-director of Wen Wei Po』s

China office said, what Bo worries most about is

the exposure of numerous unjust cases in Chongqing.

The director of the law firm Li Zhuang worked for is

Fu Yang, son of Chinese Congress』 former chairman,

whose Beijing background intimidated Bo.

In October 2009, after inspection, director of CCP』s

taskforce Liu Feng said that suppressing mafia

should not become a movement and 『red terror,』

nor should it risk public security and court system.

Bo then claimed he was forced to do so.

Since late 2010, Politburo members Zhou Yongkang,

Li Changchun, Xi Jingping, He Guoqiang

and Wu Bangguo all went to visit Chongqing,

praising 『red song campaign』 and mafia crackdown.

Since then, Bo was emboldened.

Jiang Weiping: “Bo Xilai climbs up sharply

in these circumstances. At 60, the upcoming

18th Party Congress is his last chance.

If he gets the position, he would create huge disaster for

the nation. If he loses, he would be a victim from

political struggle inside CCP, as his corruption

and illegal activities are well documented.”

On April 11, People』s Daily and Xinhua published

articles of Jiang Zemin commemorating

his adopted father Jiang Shangqing. Some comments

said Jiang intended to influence the power layout

of the 18th Congress. He is using Bo』s campaign of

“singing red,chasing the black” as his political bargaining chip.

Some comments from the outside said that

the quitting CCP wave indicates CCP is going

to collapse in the near future. Bo Xilai』s attempt

to turn back history and return to Mao』s time

was nothing but a hope in vain.

He and Jiang Zemin will be brought to justice

for killing so many innocent Chinese people.
