【禁聞】艾未未成華媒言論自由試金石

【新唐人2011年4月21日訊】北京藝術家艾未未被抓後，中共官方媒體不斷對他進行抹黑和攻擊，而對於港澳和海外的華文媒體，艾未未似乎也成為了言論自由的試金石。

香港的《文匯報》連續一個星期每天發表文章抹黑艾未未。《文匯報》19號再以“廿四味：假藝術家的真面目”為題，批判艾未未。

這篇批評艾未未的文章刊登後，香港、大陸及美國都有網民留言評論。有大陸網民對《文匯報》的連番“舉動”感到失望，呼籲港人要像保護自己的眼睛一樣，保護香港自由制度。也有網民表示，香港《文匯報》言論一向緊貼中共的政策，就好像大陸在港植根的媒體報章。

而全球對艾未未的報導，似乎也成為鑒別媒體是否受到中共言論控制影響的試金石。

“BBC中文網”；“德國之聲中文網”；“中時電子報”；“大紀元時報”；“世界日報”；“自由時報”；“自由亞洲”；“蘋果日報”等中文媒體普遍報導了艾未未家屬的聲音，和各國支持者為了營救艾未未所舉行的活動。

艾未未被抓後，西方國家對「中國人權」的批評達到新的高潮。與此同時，更多的人以行為藝術，或者媒體藝術聲援艾未未。

國際藝術界也發起簽名連署，據了解，目前已有六萬多人參加。其中更包含古根漢美術館（Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation ）、紐約現代美術館（MoMA）、倫敦泰特現代美術館（Tate Modern)等國際重要美術館參與連署。

紐約市約有200群眾，4月17號聚集中共領事館，參加了“給艾未未的1001張椅子”活動。這是由美國藝術組織Creative Time在全球發起的，已獲得全球各地許多民眾的響應，他們在同一天下午1點帶著椅子，到當地的中國大使館或中國辦事處前靜坐，聲援釋放艾未未。

而由美國獨立記錄片製作人 Alison Klayman（陳愛麗）操刀的艾未未記錄片《 Ai Weiwei : Never Sorry》(艾未未:永不後悔)，也將於數週後面世。影片記錄艾未未過去兩年多的藝術創作，及社會維權事項，包括四川大地震遇難學生名單調查、為四川作家譚作人作證而被公安毆打等。電影資料片段長達 200多個小時。

Klayman在紐約接受美國《華爾街日報》採訪時說，在拍攝這部記錄片的過程中艾未未曾親身解說「他所面臨的危險及風險」，Klayman表示「這些話現在看來，尤其有先見之明」。

艾未未4月3號在北京機場被警察帶走，至今下落不明，家屬對外表示沒有收到正式的拘捕通知。而艾未未被捕後，中共官媒《新華社》，和《北京日報》聲稱：“艾未未因涉嫌經濟犯罪，公安機關目前正在依法對他進行調查。”而《文匯報》、《大公報》則報導：艾未未涉嫌逃漏稅、重婚罪和網路散播淫穢物品等罪，正在接受當局的調查和控制中。

Defamatory news appeared on Hong Kong』s

Wen Wei Po everyday for a week, such as

“The True Face of a Phony Artists” from April 19.

Netizens』 comments and disappointments

followed the Wen Wei Po article.

They urged the Hong Kong people to protect

the liberal social system in Hong Kong

as they do their eyes. Some netizens commented,

that Wen Wei Po has been so close to the CCP

as if it is a subordinate to the CCP in Hong Kong.

The reports on Ai Weiwei by international media

have become the touchstone of free press

for juding whether media are controlled by the CCP.

BBC Chinese Net, Deutsche Welle, China Times,

The Epoch Times, World Journal, Liberty Times,

Radio Free Asia and Apple Daily have published

news on Ai』s family and the international support

and global activities to rescue Ai.

Western critiques on China』s human rights

reached a new height after Ai Weiwei』s arrest.

More are supporting him via action art or media art.

60,000 in international circles signed for his support,

including elite international art galleries such as

Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation,

MoMa and Tate Modern in London.

About 200 volunteers gathered

at the Chinese Consulate in New York

for the “1001 Chairs for Ai Weiwei” activity

on April 17. It was initiated by U.S.』 Creative Time.

but is well received globally. People take a chair

with them, sitting in front of a Chinese Embassy

or Consulate at 1:00 pm on this day to support Ai.

The documentary “Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry”

filmed by independent film maker Alison Klayman

will be released in a few weeks, telling stories

about Ai』s arts and human right deeds,

such as the investigation of student death toll

in the Wenchuan earthquake and Ai being beaten

for testifying for Sichuan writer Tan Zuoren.

Klayman said to WSJ, that once Ai Weiwei

said to her about the “dangers and risks he faces,”

and his concerns were proved to be

so visionary afterwards.

Ai』s whereabouts is not known after he was

taken away by police at Beijing airport on April 4.

The official media Xinhua and Beijing Daily

claimed Ai Weiwei committed economic crimes

and is now under legal investigation.

The pro-CCP media Wen Wei Po and Ta Kung Pao

said, that Ai was detained for alleged tax evasion,

bigamy and spread of pornographic materials online.
