【禁聞】高智晟刑滿仍不見影 家人盼歸

【新唐人2011年8月15日訊】8月14號是中國著名維權律師高智晟緩刑期滿的日子。國際社會和高智晟的家人再次呼籲中共儘快告知他的下落，他的妻子和一雙兒女期待能夠與他早日團聚。

高智晟律師被中共非法“判三緩五“期滿，可是直到現在仍然沒有他的任何訊息。

高智晟的太太耿和告訴《新唐人》，高智晟自去年（2010年）4月在北京和外界短暫接觸後，失蹤至今，近1年零四個月。當局仍以他“丟失了”來回應家屬。

高智晟律師太太耿和：“高智晟是按照中國自己的法律，是2006年8月15號判三緩五，它用他自己的法律判，不能用它自己的法律執行，那判三年呢。這三年就應該在監獄裡，但也沒有在監獄裡，然後緩期呢，應該在家裏，家裏也沒有他。這起碼的知情權我們應該知道吧，我們是全家人到處找他。”

高智晟的哥哥高智義從去年4月就開始尋找弟弟，如今又發出尋人啟事，希望獲得知情人的協助找到高智晟。

高智義回憶，他最後一次見到高智晟是在去年（2010年）的清明節，那是高智晟失蹤14個月後，他回老家給母親上墳，身後還跟著幾個便衣，但他回北京後很快又沒有了消息。

高智義多次上京尋找弟弟，報案「失蹤」也不能立案。高智義日夜擔心高智晟的安危。

高智晟律師胞兄高智義：「夜裡想起他呀睡不好覺，唉，咋能不想呢，知道他情況不太好，他走失了，肯定要想了，少不了要想了。」

而高智晟的女兒格格今年9月要上大學了，耿和表示，她變得越來越懂事，能替媽媽分擔憂愁，她把精力都投入到學習中，電腦的桌面上和房間裡都是爸爸的照片。

不過，耿和表示，有時，格格也會流露出低落的情緒，有一次帶她去參加家庭教會活動。

耿和：“到了教會的朋友家呢，看到一個父親帶著女兒，拿著樂器，還有他們的母親，她就受不了。站起來她就要走，在路上她就說，媽媽你以後不要帶我出去了，（要去）就去一個單親的家庭裡面，沒有父親的家庭裡面。所以我知道，孩子可能也是看到那個溫馨的畫面吧，也是觸景生情吧。 ”

高智晟8歲的兒子高天宇，經常追問父親的消息，他曾對媽媽說：你知道甚麼是‘Family’（家庭）嗎，‘Family’就應該是爸爸、媽媽、姐姐和我四個人在一起。

「中國反政治迫害同盟」執行長劉因全表示，中共對待高智晟的做法都是非法的。

「中國反政治迫害同盟」執行長劉因全：「包括對他的判刑啊，對他的非法的拘押啊，非法的審判啊，甚至對他的進行毆打呀，迫害呀，虐待啊，這個都是違反中國自己的法律的。這一次我想，如果中國（共）政府再次違法拘押高智晟、迫害高智晟的話，我們要進行更大規模的抗議。」

據了解，歐盟議會副主席愛德華•麥克米蘭•史考特，通過「對華援助協會」給耿和發了一封信，這封信同時也抄送給歐盟外長阿什頓以及歐盟總統。信中強調，歐盟最高領導層都密切的注視著：高智晟律師持續遭到的監禁、酷刑以及失蹤。

高智晟曾是「中國十大優秀律師」之一，他曾代理各種敏感維權案件，以及調查法輪功學員遭受迫害的真相，並向胡溫呼籲停止迫害法輪功，但卻遭到北京當局嚴密監控。在2006年12月22號中共當局以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」判高智晟三年刑期，緩刑五年。

2007年5月，「美國出庭律師委員會」授予高智晟「勇敢提倡者獎」。2008年，高智晟獲諾貝爾和平獎提名，2010年，再獲提名諾貝爾和平獎。

Gao Missing After Probation Expires

August 14 is the day that the Chinese human rights lawyer

Gao Zhisheng』s probation expires.  

The world community and Gao』s family called on the CCP

(Chinese Communist Party) to disclose his whereabouts.

Gao』s family hopes to reunite with him soon.

Gao Zhisheng was illegally sentenced to 3 years with a 5-year

probation, which expires now but there is still no news of him.  

Mrs. Gao told NTD, Gao Zhisheng has been missing

after a brief contact with the outside world in April 2010.

She said that it has been 16 months since, but authorities still

respond to his families with “his whereabouts is unknown".

Ms. Geng He (Gao』s wife): "Gao was sentenced for 3 years

with 5 years probation on August 15, 2006.

If the sentence was executed, Gao should be in prison

for 3 years, but he wasn』t in prison.

If he was under probation, he should be at home,

but he wasn』t at home.

We should at least have the right to know

where is he, we are looking for him everywhere."

Gao』s brother, Gao Ziyi began looking for him in April 2010.

Now he sends search notices, hoping to find his brother.

Gao Ziyi recalls that he last saw Gao Zhisheng in April 2010.

Gao returned to his hometown to pay homage

to his mother』s grave. He was followed by plainclothes.

After this, Gao went missing.

Gao Ziyi went to Beijing several times to look for his brother,

but his "missing person" report was not accepted by the police.

Gao Ziyi: "I cannot sleep, as I think of him at night.

He is not well, and his whereabouts is not known.”  

Gao Zhisheng 's daughter Gege will go to college in Sept,

Mrs. Gao said that Gege is more mature now,

and shares responsibilities with her, focusing on her studies.

She keeps her dad's photos on her PC desk and in her room.

However, Mrs. Gao said, sometimes Gege is depressed,

so she takes her to church family activities.

Mrs. Gao: "Seeing a father and a mother with their daughter,

holding musical instruments at a church friend's house,  

she could not take it and left,saying on the way,

『do not take me out anymore.』

If we are to go, it should be to a single-parent families with

no father. I know that she may hurt seeing a whole family.”

Gao Zhisheng』s 8-year-old son, Gao Tianyu often asks

about  his father, saying to his mother:

“Do you know what a 'family' means?  

'Family means that father, mother, sister and I are together.”

Chairman of "China Alliance against Political Persecutions,"

Liu Yinchuan said what CCP does to Gao Zhisheng is illegal.

Liu Yinchuan: "All, his trial, sentence, detention, and even

persecution and torture are illegal and violate China』s laws.

If the Chinese government detains Gao Zhisheng unlawfully

and persecutes him, we will conduct large-scale protests.”

Edward McMillan-Scott, Vice President of the European

Parliament, wrote to Mrs. Gao via China Aid Association.

The letter stressed that the EU's top leadership is closely

watching Gao』s imprisonment, torture and disappearances.

Gao Zhisheng was one of China』s "Top Ten lawyers,"  

and represented a variety of human rights cases.

He investigated the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners

and called on Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao to end the persecution.

But for that he was closely monitored and on Dec 22, 2006,

the CCP sentenced Gao to 3 years, with 5 years probation.

In May 2007, the American Board of Trial Advocates

granted Gao Zhisheng the "Courageous Advocacy Award."  

In 2008 and 2010, Gao was nominated for Nobel Peace Prize.
