【禁聞】清明節中共強迫遺忘 民眾拒絕忘卻

【新唐人2011年4月6日訊】中國每年一度的清明節，是傳統上拜祭死者的日子。但同時也是中共的高度敏感時期。在清明節的前後，中共採取各種手段進行打壓，強迫民眾遺忘傷痛，但民眾表示，強迫“遺忘”只會讓人更加思念。

清明節前夕，中共就如臨大敵。各地的維權人士都被“打招呼”或“被喝茶”，所謂的一些敏感地帶也被實施嚴密監控。

北京是中共維穩防範的重中之重，而天安門廣場則是一個高度敏感的神經地帶。

4月3號，有人網上號召市民弘揚“四五”精神，到天安門廣場的人民英雄紀念碑前悼念，呼籲“自由、民主”。

而中共在2號就提前進入最高戒備狀態，廣場四周設立固定檢查卡，軍人、警察、保安以及便衣，密切監視所有進入廣場的行人。

在北京的訪民：“我們去的時候8點多，人都很多。天安門廣場每個人進都要安檢，搜你的包，皮包裏只要看有上訪的材料，他就不讓進。我們要強進，他們就要我們去天安門分局，去天安門分局就要被當地接走。接走回家就（被）拘（留）。”

22年前，天安門廣場留下的89學運斑斑血淚，人們至今沒有忘卻，但中共還在掩蓋犯下的罪行。

《自由亞洲電臺》報導，從3月30號起，在六四慘案中失去一條腿的北京異議人士齊志勇，再次被警方24小時軟禁。另外，北京“天安門母親運動”的多位成員，清明節期間都會以不同形式，祭奠自己的孩子，當局也派人跟蹤。

在北京的東城區富強胡同六號，是中共前總書記趙紫陽的家。他因為不願意鎮壓學生而被迫下臺。據說，今年有上百名民眾前去拜祭趙紫陽。

成都維權人士：“因為人對於他的基本權力的渴望，這是天賦人權。現在就是一味的拖延，它不能解決任何問題，只會激發（矛盾），就是讓大家更加思念，而不會說所謂的遺忘。”

3號，湖北維權人士姚立法想去祭奠自己的母親，也遭到當局的阻攔。

姚立法：“我的門口24小時有人，每一班是3個人。一出門，就被門口的共產黨安排的那些監控我的人（攔住），他說不行，我說憑甚麼不行？他說我們的上級說不行。”

姚立法說，從去年10月19號到現在，他被當局非法綁架、關押10次，纍計有51天。姚立法是中國民間的選舉專家，他認為，中共的所謂民主選舉制度是虛假的，他一直致力於改變中國的這種現狀。

另外，據報導，在清明節期間，上海、杭州、貴州，重慶等地，都有公民遭到非法軟禁及傳喚。

成都維權人士：“所以說當局的‘遺忘政策’已經得到了徹底的失敗，民間社會在成長，大家對歷史的真相，對自己自身權利認識也在增加，這是個非常好的現象。”

三年前遭到地震劫難的四川汶川，這幾天在北川老縣城的街道上，每天都有幾萬民眾前去獻花祭奠在地震中被奪走生命的親人。而當局安排的軍警人員，在場全程戒備和監視民眾。當地人表示：“不管過去了幾年，失去親人，心裡都會想起。”

Refusing To Forget The Sorrow

Ching Ming festival is for worshipping the deceased,

but it』s a highly sensitive day for Chinese authorities,

which use all means to force people

to forget their sorrow. However, the masses feel

that this “forced oblivion” makes their hearts fonder.

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was on its guard.

On the eve of Ching Ming festival in China,

rights activists were being invited 『for talks and tea』,

and many sensitive areas were closely monitored.

Authorities tried to show stability in Beijing,

especially on the sensitive Tiananmen Square.

On April 3, someone called online to promote

the “April 5th” spirit, pay tribute to people』s heroes,

and call for freedom and democracy.

On April 2, the CCP』s regime tightened its security

on Tiananmen Square, by setting up checking points,

dispatching military, police and plainclothes

to closely monitor all pedestrians.

Beijing petitioner: “After 8 came many people.

Everyone was checked by the guards, including bags.

If petition materials were found, you couldn』t enter.

If you forced your way in, you』d be sent to the police.

Then you』d be picked up by your home town police

and detained back home.”

People cannot forget the spattered blood in 1989,

but the Chinese regime still tries to cover it up.

According to Radio Free Asia, since March 30,

a dissident called Qi Zhiyong, who lost his leg

in the Tiananmen Massacre, was put

under house arrest by police 24 hours a day.

Many members of “Tiananmen Mothers Campaign”

are monitored by CCP during Ching Ming festival.

Hundreds of people will go to pay respect to

ex-party general secretary Zhao Ziyang at his home,

as he was forced to resign for refusing to suppress

the students during the Tiananmen Massacre.

Activist in Chengdu: “People long for basic rights.

These are granted by nature. Now we have to wait.

This does nothing but generate conflicts.

It will make people long for their rights even more,

rather than accept the so-called 『oblivion』.”

On April 3, Hubei-based activist Yao Lifa

was disallowed by authorities to hold

a memorial ceremony for his deceased mother.

Yao: “3 people guard my door around the clock.

They force me to stay at home.

No matter how I reason with them, it is still 『no』.

They said it was an order from their superiors.”

Yao said, that since October 19, 2010, he has been

kidnapped and detained 10 times, a total of 51 days.

An expert of elections, he said, “The election system

under the CCP regime is totally phony.”

He has been diligently working to change this.

During Ching Ming festival, many citizens were

illegally summoned and detained in Shanghai,

Hangzhou, Guizhou, Chongqing and other places.

Chengdu-based activist: “The authorities』 policy

of forced oblivion has failed completely.

The civil society is growing.

People are learning the truth and their rights.

These are all very good phenomena.”

3 years ago, there was a huge earthquake in Sichuan.

Recently, tens of thousands of people started

to come daily to pay homage to loved ones

lost in the earthquake.

Armed police are on full alert, monitoring the public.

Locals say, “No matter how many years pass,

people will always miss their lost relatives.”
