【禁聞】薄熙來案調查延續 富商徐明被控制

【新唐人2012年4月2日訊】有大陸媒體透露，大連「實德」董事長徐明因涉及經濟案件「被相關部門控制」。徐明被指說與曾任大連市長的薄熙來關係密切，而薄熙來被免職的消息公布以後，坊間就曾猜測徐明可能被牽連。有學者指出，處理徐明是對薄熙來調查的延續，但調查不會只停留在經濟問題，薄熙來和周永康的謀反仍然是核心。

《新華社》屬下的《財經國家週刊》證實，3月15號，也就是前中共重慶市委書記薄熙來被免職的當天，徐明以涉嫌經濟案件的罪名被相關部門控制。隨後，與他公司有密切業務往來的「中國建設銀行」，開始追繳公司的貸款，並對這家公司全面停止貸款。

現年42歲的徐明，是大連著名的年輕富豪，2005年，徐明曾在「福布斯中國富豪榜」上排名第8，隨後又在2011胡潤的《東北財富報告》中，以130億元資產，位列第5。

據台灣《中國時報》披露，徐明與薄熙來夫婦熟識，是薄最親密的「政商團隊」核心成員。臺北新聞記者公會十年前拜會薄熙來，就是透過徐明的管道協助安排。而出生於遼寧鐵嶺的趙本山，當地人盛傳，他通過徐明，將曾經擔任鐵嶺公安局長的王立軍，介紹給薄熙來的太太谷開來，可見徐明與薄夫婦的關係非比尋常。

報導還透露，中紀委已經在大連駐紮調查多日。從有關部門3月15號「控制」徐明來看，中共中央是同一天宣佈撤換薄熙來，並且對與薄熙來有關的政商人脈、金脈同步展開調查。

海外網路作家夏小強：「像徐明這樣的巨富和商人，他們投靠薄熙來是屬於政治上的投機，爲了能夠找到靠山，在將來做生意這方面賺錢能得到一些幫助。」

大連李教授則指出，薄熙來曾在大連和遼寧做官20年，與當地商界富豪建立了不可言說的密切關係，並通過這些富商的資金幫助自己樹立形象，進行「唱紅打黑」等。

大連李教授：「調查薄熙來是肯定的，因爲他走的路子和中央走的路子不是一個路子。他走到哪裏，幹到哪裏，都是爲了樹立自己的形象，爲了進常委。他的形象是靠這些大老闆們、大款們來支持的。」

夏小強認爲，之前溫家寳在記者會上已經給薄熙來定了性，那就是路綫的鬥爭。而現在，當局正在為處理薄熙來做進一步的輿論鋪墊。

夏小強：「現在徐明被控制，等於是對薄熙來調查的進一步延續。這種調查不僅僅是停留在一種經濟上的一種調查，因爲對於中共這些高級官員來講，經濟問題實際上不是甚麽大的問題。現在薄熙來已經被控制了有半個月的時間，我認爲薄熙來在這半個月的時間內實際上可能已經交待了很多他和周永康的一些內幕。」

而原本計劃出席「博鰲論壇」的重慶市長黃奇帆，突然從官網名單中消失﹔另外一名與薄熙來關係密切的重慶警備區司令員朱和平，也被指稱接受成都軍區調查。有輿論認爲，在經過激烈的幕後鬥爭之後，之前力保薄熙來的周永康，已經處於完全失勢的境地，隨著對薄熙來調查的深入，周永康極有可能隨之下臺。

夏小強也表示，現在胡溫要通過薄熙來調查周永康的話，一定是關於他們兩人謀反的事情。實際上，現在的調查也正是往這方面進行的。

Bo Xilai Investigation Extended: Millionaire Xu Ming Under Control

Media in China disclosed that Xu Ming was controlled by

some government departments on charge of economic cases.

Xu is the chairman of the board

of “Shi De Company” in Dalian.

It is said that Xu Ming had an intimate relationship

with Bo Xilai, who used to be the Mayor of Dalian City.

Once the news about Bo being discharged from his position

was released, it was speculated Xu Ming would be involved.

Some scholars think that the investigation on Xu Ming is an

extension of the investigation on Bo Xilai.

However, the investigation will not be only limited

to economic issues.

The center of the investigation is still about Bo Xilai

and Zhou Yongkang conspiring against the current CCP senior leadership.

“Economy & Nation Weekly” is a subordinate

to “Xinhua News Agency”.

March 15th was the day that Bo Xilai was discharged

from his position.

“Economy & Nation Weekly” has reported that Xu Ming

was controlled by some relevant departments on a charge of an economic case on the same day.

China Construction Bank used to have close business

relationships with Xu's company.

The bank has started to recover loans from Xu and stopped

providing loans to Xu's company.

Xu Ming, aged 42, is a well-known millionaire in Dalian city.

Xu Ming ranked as the eighth richest person in 2005 Forbes

China Rich List.

He was listed in Hu Run's “The Northeast Wealth Report”

in 2011, ranked No.5 with ￥13 Billion worth of properties.

As disclosed by “China Times” in Taiwan, Xu Ming

is an intimate friend of Bo Xilai and his wife.

Xu is a critical member of Bo Xilai's “political

and business association”.

It was through Xu Ming's help and arrangement that News

reporter Gong Hui from Taipei had a chance to visit Bo Xilai ten years ago.

Zhao Benshan was born in Tieling City, Liaoning Province.

As widely spread, it was through the help from Xu Ming

that Zhao Benshan introduced Wang Lijun to Bo Xilai's wife.

Wang Lijun used to be the Director of Police Department

in Lieling City.

It shows that the relationship between Xu Ming

and Bo Xilai is very special.

The “China Times” report also disclosed that the CCP

Commission for Discipline Inspection has been stationed in Dalian City for many days.

From the fact that Xu Ming was under control on March 15th,

it seems the CCP Central Committee simultaneously started

investigating Bo's political and business connections

as soon as Bo was discharged from his position.

Xia Xiaoqiang, overseas online writer:

"Those wealthy businessmen like Xu Ming depend

on Bo Xilai to seek for private gains.

In fact, they are looking for political support, so that they can

make a profit for their business in the future. ”

This was during the period working as a government official

in Dalian and Liaoning for over 20 years.

With the funding help from wealthy businessmen, he tried

to establish a good image for himself.

This image included “Singing 『red』 songs

and cracking down on gangsters.”

Professor Li from Dalian: “It is necessary to investigate

Bo Xilai.

The political route he took is totally different from that of the

Central Committee of CCP.

Wherever he went, he always tried to establish a good image

for himself in order to become a Standing Committee member.

Nevertheless, his image was all based on the funding

support from those tycoons.”

Xia Xiaoqing thinks that Wen Jiabao has already defined

the nature of Bo's issue, that is, political route divergence.

Now CCP senior authorities are preparing for further dealing

with Bo's issue through public opinion influence.

Xia Xiaoqing: “Now Xu Ming is under control. It is like

an extension of the investigation on Bo Xilai.

This type of investigation is not simply limited

to economic investigation.

For those CCP senior officials, economic problems

are not big problems.

Up to now, Bo Xilai has already been

under control for half a month.

I think within this half month Bo Xilai might have already

confessed a lot of insider secrets about himself and Zhou Yongkang.”

Huang Qifan, Mayor of Chongqing City, had planned

to attend “Bo Ao Forum”.

However, all of sudden his name was removed from the list.

Zhu Heping is General of the Fortified Military Station

in Chongqing.

He has very intimate relationship with Bo Xilian too. It was

said that Zhu Heping was under investigation too.

Some analysts think that Zhou Yongkang has completely lost

his power and influence after several rounds of fierce fighting.

Zhou Yongkang tried hard to protect Bo Xilai.

However, with the further investigation of Bo, it's very

possible Zhou will have to experience the same fate as Bo.

Xia Xiaoqing also thinks what Hu & Wen are investigating

now should be about Bo and Zhou's conspiring against the current CCP leadership.

In fact, the investigation is going on towards this direction.
