【新唐人2011年7月19日訊】美國皮尤研究中心日前發表的一項最新調查顯示，絕大部分的西歐人相信中國已經或即將超越美國，同時也有絕大部分國家認為，中國崛起將是一件壞事。這是甚麼原因呢？我們來聽聽美國南卡羅萊納大學艾肯商學院謝田教授的分析。
皮尤的行政總裁安德魯．科赫特在美國《華爾街日報》撰文表示，對中國成為世界“領先經濟強國”這個趨勢喝采的人，不是很多。而且根據皮尤的調查顯示，很多國家擔心美國的經濟力量萎縮，對中國崛起，他們認為是一件壞事。
謝田：“假設中國經濟趕上美國，它來充當這個角色，中國顯然就會把它這個畸形發展的經濟，不公平的貿易，傾銷、使用童工、使用奴工、使用關在監獄裡的法輪功作為奴工，低價傾銷或者是不顧環境代價盲目生產，或者把大筆的錢投入房地產，讓全國階層從房地產中賺錢，所有中國經濟中的種種弊病、弊端，這種經濟生活的毒瘤，實際就會擴展到全世界。”
不過，謝田教授認為，中國想趕超美國，在50年之內根本就沒有可能。
謝田（美國南卡羅萊納大學艾肯商學院教授）：“中國的經濟數據基本上都是虛假的，不光是中國人自己不信，中國的領導層不相信，中國百姓、學者也都不相信。實際上西方社會現在也沒辦法取得更準確、更真實的數據，姑且就聽之任之，就權把它當真好了。”
謝田表示，美國在全球的經濟中，扮演著平衡和公正的角色，維持著當今世界經濟體系的平衡。如果這個經濟秩序被打破，對所有的國家來說，都不是好事。
此外，安德魯在文章中還指出，除了回教國家，大多數的國家都認為，如果中國的「軍事實力」能夠與美國匹敵的話，這將是一件壞事。10個西歐人中，就有八個抱持這個觀點。而皮尤的調查也指出，在英國，這個比例高達71%。
謝田認爲，中共在軍事實力方面，實際上和美國相差更遠。假設中國的軍事實能和美國進行匹敵的話，那肯定是件壞事，因爲中共對國際和平會造成很大的危害。
謝田：“意味著國際安全秩序也被破壞。按中共向來的做法，它會持續向全世界輸出它的共產主義，輸出它的暴力革命。”
謝田指出，中共不僅在“六四”時，對中國人民自己開槍，屠殺自己的人民，也屠殺其他國家的人民。
所以，他認為，中共軍事實力即使達不到與美國抗衡，但只要增加一大截，它可能馬上就會開始對其他國家進攻，對全世界都構成威脅，這也是大多數國家認爲中共軍力增強是壞事的主要原因。

Pew』s Survey: China's Rise Bad
U.S. Pew Research Center recently released a new survey,
showing that most Western Europeans believe
China has or will soon surpass the U.S.
Meanwhile, most countries believe that China's rise
will be a bad thing. What is the reason for that?
Let's hear the analysis of Professor Xie Tian
from University of South Carolina Aiken Business School.
Pew's president Andy Kohut wrote in Wall Street Journal,
that not many people are happy about the trend of
China becoming the world's leading economic power.
According to Pew's survey, many countries are worried
about the U.S. economic decline and find China』s rise a bad thing.
Prof. Xie Tian (USC Aiken Business School):
“Suppose the Chinese economy catches up with the U.S.』s,
China will obviously expand its model to the whole world,
like its deformed economic development, unfair trade,
dumping, use of child labor, use of slave labor,
such as Falun Dafa practitioners in prison,
blind production regardless of the environmental costs,
huge investment into and profit from the real estate,
and all other drawbacks.”
However, Xie Tian thinks it is not possible for China
to catch up with the U.S. in the next 50 years.
Prof. Xie Tian: “China』s economic figures are all fake.
Chinese people, scholars, and even Chinese officials
do not believe these numbers.
Actually, even Western society cannot get more accurate data.
So let』s assume those are true.”
Xie thinks that the U.S. plays the role of balance and fairness
in the global economy, to maintain today's economy balance.
If this economic order is disturbed, it will affect all countries.
Andy Kohut』s article also indicates that most countries,
except for the Muslim ones, think it is bad
if China』s military capability can compete with the U.S.
The data shows that 80% of Western Europeans
and 71% of British hold this view.
Xie thinks that China』s military strength is actually far from
that of the U.S.
If it can match the U.S.,
it definitely will cause damage to world peace.
Xie: “It will damage the international peace balance.
To do all according to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
it』ll export communism and violent revolution worldwide.”
Xie points out that the CCP killed not only Chinese during
Tiananmen Massacre, it also kills people of other countries.
Xie thinks that although CCP』s military strength cannot
compete with the U.S. now,
if it gets stronger it would attempt to invade other countries
and to pose threats to the world.
This is what causes people to have concerns about
the CCP』s military becoming stronger.
