【禁聞】中共拒認“利比亞過渡政府”

【新唐人2011年9月3日訊】「利比亞之友」巴黎國際會議已經結束，在人道救援、政治重建及利比亞海外資產解凍等議題普遍達成共識。「利比亞過渡委員會」主席和總理出席了會議。對於「利比亞過渡委員會」成為利比亞新的領導機構，聯合國安理會五個常任理事國中，只有中共還沒有正式承認。請看報導。

由60多個國家參加的利比亞重建國際會議，也稱為「利比亞之友」會議，9月1號晚間在巴黎結束。主導這次會議的法國總統薩爾科齊在會後的記者會上表示，聯合國及各國同時立即解凍卡扎菲政權的資金有1500億美元。卡扎菲挪用的資產應該回到利比亞人民的手中，用以支持利比亞今天的建設。

著名時事評論家、中國過渡政府總統伍凡認為，「利比亞之友的會議」非常重要，支持利比亞過渡政府，能夠走向一個新的發展方向。建立一個社會民主自由的制度，讓利比亞老百姓能夠穩定的生活。

不過，在聯合國安理會五個常任理事國中，只有中國（共）還沒有正式承認「過渡委員會」為利比亞新的領導機構。

山東大學退休教授孫文廣認為，中共是一黨專政，就是想堅持共產極權制度。

孫文廣教授：「利比亞它是一個獨裁統治。那麼，這個國家的專制和中國（共）的專制性基本是完全相似的。它（卡扎菲）是個人獨裁專制，那麼中國（共）呢？是世界上一個政黨的獨裁。而對利比亞人民起來爭取民主自由，那麼它（中共）是抱著一種敵視的態度。又怕中國人學習。所以它（中共）就是極力的阻撓。」

原陝西電視臺記者馬曉明表示，中共這樣的一個態度，正說明中共和卡扎菲是一樣的，都屬於獨裁統治。不過，利比亞人民這次勝利對中國人民是一個非常巨大的好消息。

馬曉明：「我接觸到的許許多多的訪民，他們就由不得的就談起這利比亞人民說是，利比亞人民把專制政權推翻了，我們中國人民也一定會推翻專制政權。利比亞人民的今天就是我們中國人民的明天。」

在這次「利比亞之友」會議上，中國（共）沒有正式承認利比亞新領導層，而且派出外交部副部長作為代表，這在外交級別上比其他國家與會者低。參加這次會議的有：法國總統薩爾科齊、美國國務卿希拉里．克林頓，德國總理默克爾和加拿大總理哈珀等人。

伍凡分析，中共在利比亞曾經投資了200億美金。這200億美金今後的著落和去向如何？過渡政府沒有給一個明確的答復。而且，卡扎菲究竟是活是死？還不知道。卡扎菲會不會東山在起？中共政權是不是還在抱著一線希望？這都是中共不願承認過渡政府的主要原因。

CCP Won』t Acknowledge Libya』s Interim Government

The recent Friends of Libya Meeting in Paris has met with

a general consensus on issues such as humanitarian aid,

political reconstruction, and the unfreezing of overseas assets.

The chairman and president of Libya』s National Transitional

Council (NTC) attended the conference.

Regarding the NTC』s newly founded authority in Libyan

affairs, five permanent members of the United Nations

Security Council (UNSC) acknowledged the NTC

except the Chinese authorities.

The Libya reconstruction conference, or Friends of Libya,

was attended by over 60 countries and concluded on Sept. 1.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, who chaired the meeting,

said in a press conference after the event, that

the U.N. along with other countries have unfrozen

US$150 billion of Gaddafi government』s funds

and returned them to the Libyan people.

The Chinese Interim government president, Wu Fan, stated

that Friends of Libya Conference was important to Libya,

as it helped the country make a smooth transition to

democracy. Therefore, it will benefit the Libyan people.

The CCP is the only one of the five UNSC permanent

members that refused to acknowledge the new government.

Sun Wenguang, a retired professor from Shandong University,

said, “The CCP is a one-party system and

it makes a point of retaining its Communist

totalitarian ideology.”

Sun Wenguang: “Libya was ruled by a dictator,

much like the CCP is now ruled, the difference being that

Libya was ruled by a person, while China is ruled by a party.

The fact that the Libyan people have overthrown the country』s

dictatorship has made the CCP very afraid that

the Chinese people may learn from this event,

which the CCP has tried to block with all of their might.”

Ma Xiaoming, the former reporter from Shaanxi TV, said

“The CCP』s interference in the Libyan affairs fully proves

its autocratic nature.

The Libyan people』s victory is good news

for the Chinese people!”

Ma Xiaoming: “I learned from many petitioners who said that

seeing that the Libyan people were able to overthrown

their autocratic government, we now have hope that

the Chinese people will soon be able to do the same thing.

They set a very good example for us.”

Even though the CCP does not acknowledge the new Libyan

government, it nonetheless sent a relatively low-ranking

Vice Foreign Minister to attend Friends of Libya conference,

unlike other countries:

French President Nicolas Sarkozy attended the meeting along

with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,

German Chancellor Angela Merkel

and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

Wu Fan said that one of the reasons that the CCP would not

officially acknowledge the NTC is because

it is still concerned about the US$20 billion investment

it made in Gaddafi』s government.

Also, NTC does not know the toppled leader』s whereabouts.

Is the CCP still wondering if Gaddafi will return to

resume his authoritarian reign?
