【禁聞 】韓國逮捕器官中介 中共活摘遭譴責

【新唐人2011年11月23日訊】近日，韓國警方破獲了一個非法器官仲介團夥，逮捕了4名仲介人，並正在追捕中國地區的負責人。這些嫌犯與中方勾結，安排韓國患者在中國通過秘密渠道施行器官移植手術，這再次核實了中國對外出售死囚器官的醜聞，同時引發外界對中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官牟利的譴責。

韓國釜山警察廳國際犯罪搜查隊11月21號對外表示，被逮捕和追捕的5名嫌犯，觸犯了韓國的器官移植法令。過去5年中，他們至少介紹了94名韓國人赴中國接受了器官移植，其中4人手術後死亡。

據了解，被逮捕的趙某等人開設了「上海移植」、「中國器官移植」等7個不同的網站，對於願意前往中國接受移植的韓國患者，每人收取費用相當於45萬到89萬人民幣，仲介費約佔兩成。

中國從2007年開始名義上禁止對外國人進行器官移植。這個團夥與中方合作，安排韓國患者以中國人的假名義住院，接受移植手術。韓國警方表示，提供器官者多為中國的死囚。

韓國《朝鮮日報》報導，中國大部分醫院以非法、不道德的方法獲取器官，而且手術後出現移植排斥反應或併發症的概率比韓國國內高，但由於韓國國內極難獲得相匹配的器官，近年來大量患者前往中國接受移植手術。

而實際上，韓國的這一案例還只是中國器官移植市場黑幕的冰山一角。根據加拿大外交部前亞太司司長大衛.喬高與著名人權律師大衛.麥塔斯經過多方調查取證、於2006年7月發佈的調查報告《血腥的活摘器官》，中國器官移植手術的供體來源大部分是被非法關押的法輪功學員。

「美國人權法律協會」亞洲區執行長朱婉琪律師：“聯合國酷刑問題專門委員諾瓦克教授上個禮拜來到台灣，他認為加拿大的兩位獨立調查的人權律師、前亞太司司長，他們的調查是可信的，他公開的對台灣講。他也提到了目前的中國死刑犯數量，根據中共的官方數字是往下降的，但是移植的數量並沒有發生明顯的向下降的變化。”

《血腥的活摘器官》被翻譯成18種語言，中文版今年6月全球首次發表。書中收集了52種不同的證據，證實活體摘取法輪功學員器官依然在中國進行著，報告的作者形容這是「這個星球上前所未有的邪惡」。

「反對強制器官摘取醫師組織(DAFOH)」美西發言人丹納.邱吉爾醫師(Dana Churchill)也向記者表示，中共對法輪功學員進行「群體滅絕」迫害，並把數以萬計的學員肉體當做政府資源。

丹納.邱吉爾：“正是根據這一基點中共將法輪功學員進行分類，當他們一被關進勞教所，就給他們施行全面的醫學檢查，按照他們的DNA和血型進行分類，存入一個數據庫。由世界各地的醫療中國旅遊團作廣告，如果任何來到中國的患者需要器官，他們就在法輪功學員佔80%的所有囚犯數據庫中，配對患者的DNA和血型，然後把囚犯從牢房裡拖出來。”

原中科院廣州地球化學研究所助理研究員馮璜，因為不放棄修煉法輪功，被「610」機構非法綁架關押600多天，遭受了持續性暴力群毆、擊打生殖器、暴力灌食、不讓睡覺等酷刑。

馮璜：“活摘法輪功學員器官的事情是真實的，我在警察醫院的時候，他們對我的內臟檢查也是非常仔細，仔細到了反常的程度，比如說心臟部分，其他的器官也是仔細檢查了又檢查。後來是因為我的身體健康急劇下滑，他們說我的內分泌系統崩潰，後來在我生命垂危的時候，他們把我放回家。”

對於中共當局的這一惡行，國際社會非常憤慨並做出回應：以色列的衛生系統停止給去中國移植器官的人支付保險；台灣政府懲罰去中國大陸做器官移植旅遊的人；澳大利亞醫院停止培訓來自中國的器官移植醫生；國際器官移植醫生和非政府組織則制定政策，反對中共和中國醫生殺害囚犯摘取器官。

Organ Brokers Arrested in Korea

Recently, the South Korean police have cracked a gang

of illegal organ brokers and arrested four brokers.

The police are hunting down those in charge in China.

The suspects were found to collude with China.

They arrange Korean patients to get organ transplants

in China through secret channels.

This case again verifies that China sells overseas

organs from executed prisoners.

The incident triggers new condemnation of the CCP』s

(Chinese Communist Party) making profit of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.

The international crime search team of South Korea's Pusan

Police Department announced on November 21,

that five suspects violated South Korea's organ transplant law.

In the past five years, they introduced at least 94 S. Koreans

to China for organ transplants, four of whom died after surgery.

Accordingly the suspects set up seven different internet sites,

such as "Shanghai transplant" and "China's organ transplants."

They charged patients willing to travel to China for organ

transplants $70,000 to $140,000, with 20% brokerage fee.

In 2007 China banned organ transplants to foreigners.

However, this gang had cooperated with contacts in China.

They arranged Korean patients to get organ transplants

using fake Chinese names.

South Korean police said organs are mostly

from executed prisoners in China.

South Korea』s Chosun Ilbo reports, most hospitals in China

obtain organs through illegal and immoral channels.

The ratio of transplant rejection after surgery or complications

is higher than transplants done in Korea.

Due to extreme difficulty to get matching organs in Korea,

a lot of patients go to China for transplants in recent years.

This case is only the tip of the iceberg, based on the report

『Bloody Harvest,』 which uses multiple investigation channels.

Its authors are David Kilgour, former Canadian Secretary

of State for Asia-Pacific, and David Matas, a human rights lawyer.

They reveal that the main source of Chinese organ transplants

are the detained practitioners of the persecuted by the CCP meditation practice Falun Gong.

Zhu Wanqi (CEO, Asia Human Rights Law Foundation):

"U.N. Special Rapporteur on Torture, Professor Nowak. came to Taiwan last week.

He believes Matas』 and Kilgour』 independent investigation

is credible, which he talked publicly in Taiwan about.

He also mentioned the Chinese official number of executed

prisoners is going down, but the number of transplants has no significant decline."

『Bloody Harvest』 is translated in 18 languages, the Chinese

version was first published in June this year around the world.

The book offers 52 different types of evidence, proving live

organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners still exists in China.

The authors describe this as "a new form of evil on this planet."

Dana Churchill, MD, US West spokesman for

Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH), spoke to reporters on the issue.

He said, the CCP carries out 『genocide』 against Falun Gong

and uses tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners』 bodies as government resources.

Feng Juang is a former research assistant at Guangzhou

Institute of Geochemistry at Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He was illegally kidnapped by the 610 Office for more than

600 days because he did not give up practicing Falun Gong.

The tortures he suffered from include brutal beating,

genitals burning, force feeding, sleep deprivation, etc.

Feng Huang: “Organ harvesting from live Falun Gong

practitioners is true.

When I was in the police hospital, I was given very thorough

examinations, thorough to the extent of being suspicious, like examining my heart and other organs.

Later on my health declined rapidly, they said my endocrine

system is failing and sent me home when I was in a critical condition."

International society responded to CCP』s atrocity with anger:

Israel's health system stopped paying insurance to those going to China for organ transplants;

Taiwanese government punished those who travel to China

for organ transplants;

Australian hospitals stopped training organ transplant doctors

from China;

international organ transplant physicians, NGOs and other

bodies introduced policies against CCP』s and Chinese doctors』 harvesting of organs from prisoners.
